Responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of vendor performance. Run and review credit reports of potential tenants. Coordinate tenant move-in/move-out procedures. Inspect properties to ensure they are safe and to determine if repairs or maintenance are needed Assist in timely collection and resolution of rent and other tenant charges, including preparation of tenant correspondence (i.e., late payment notices) and default notices, and track cure dates. Maintain knowledge of tenant leases (i.e., rent increases, options, special clauses, letter of credit). Maintain the reporting system for logging and tracking property operational issues (i.e., roof leaks).
