Jan. 2021Tel Aviv, IsraelSince January of 2021 I've been managing software teams in the company. Until the end of 2022 I've managed the experiences team, which handles high-profile products that are embedded in our clients' pages. Our major product is a video player, which is responsible for a large chunk of the company's revenues. My role as a team manager also required me to find creative solutions to our clients' requests, make sure that the video player is up to par with our competitors', interview candidates and more.
Since early 2023, I moved to manage the company's interactive team, which is working on the company's email and retention activities, and creates gamified experiences for our users across multiple sites.

The platform caters several O&O websites, as well as external clients. My position also required me to interact with the other R&D teams, assist in designing FE architecture for the different projects and products, and help strengthen our FE guild.
In addition, I am leading the FE recruitment in the company. In this role, I've played a big part in designing and executing a 2-months bootcamp for junior developers that we've hired - including interviewing the candidates, hiring an external teacher, building the syllabus and more.
