I kept up to date with developments in digital, mobile, web, social, content strategy and email, applying these insights to improve our products. DIGITAL PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT - Managed the lifecycle for new product development and upgrades to existing products - Worked with internal stakeholders to define product requirements and features based on business needs - Worked with our agency developers to get it to market in a timely manner - Conducted market research to confirm product features - Performed analysis on website and app usage in order to further develop these - Served as the internal product expert, providing info to support digital sales PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Typical PM tasks (gathering requirements, writing out the brief, managing the project plan + any issues that arise that risk successful completion, and budget management) - Coordinated resources across multiple departments to ensure implementation was done within agreed timeframe - Coordinated UAT and prepared final product for Go-Live - Managed relationships and deliverables from 3rd party teams I worked on 6 major projects: - Re-launched the main ATP website and 5 associated domains in Jan 2013 - Launched 2 iOS apps in Dec 2013 - Launched new database website in Dec 2013 + a major re-development project in Feb 2015 - Pharmafile jobs page redesign in March 2015 - Launched Pharmafile market reports page in June 2015 OTHER ROLES Managed content upload to the ATP websites Managed 2 marketing assistants in implementing our digital marketing strategies Developed the company’s first social media strategy and managed our 9 Twitter accounts (grew our community to 2,500 followers) Instrumental in planning and running our 3 conferences, including building the event websites using Wordpress
