This resulted in a 75% improvement in the accuracy of the Vendor contract data, along with a savings of 20% to the overall cost of Contractor Support to KPIT. Reorganized and supplemented an existing workforce of implementation services (Wintel, Citrix and UNIX) technicians to more efficiently deliver continuing rollout of the EPIC / Healthcare solution to the Kaiser Customer. Realignments increased productivity by approximately 35% in the areas of Citrix Deployments and Wintel Rollouts & Refreshes. Initiated Cross Functional leadership and individual contributor meetings to enhance project delivery across the KPIT organization.
