End-to-End Event Management: Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of conferences and sponsorships, including logistics such as agenda creation, speaker coordination, partner sponsors, promotional materials, landing pages, form fills, catering, equipment, travel arrangements, and more for in-person events.
Flagship Event Creation and Oversight: Lead the planning and execution of SADA’s annual customer conference, SADA Ground School, ensuring a premier experience that aligns with the brand’s mission and objectives.
Virtual and Hybrid Events: Execute national and Google-partnered virtual or hybrid events, leveraging expertise in event platforms, video tools, interactive elements (polling, sweepstakes), and other technologies to deliver exceptional online experiences that uphold SADA’s brand standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with field marketing and demand generation teams to design and implement pre-event, during-event, and post-event engagement and nurture programs to drive participation and maximize impact.
Budget Management: Manage event budgets with a focus on balancing high-quality lead generation, pipeline growth, and maximizing return on investment.
Vendor Relations: Oversee external vendor partnerships, including budget negotiation and contract management, to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
Internal Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure all events are aligned with broader company goals and messaging.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track event-specific goals, KPIs, and metrics throughout the event lifecycle, providing detailed post-event qualitative and quantitative reporting, including postmortems to refine strategies for future events.
