- Multifunctional team management (direct and indirect);
- Consulting and Training on agile methodologies and frameworks;
- Definition of long-term strategy and implementation of OKRs;
- Construction and monitoring of project Roadmap;
- Propagation of the Best In Class Culture for Brazil operations (Workshops, Training, Site Visits, Recognition)
- Elaboration of results materials for the Distribution Board and monitoring of the cycle of performance evaluations and feedbacks
- Definition, planning and leadership in the implementation of the Continuous Improvement strategy and training programs
- Planning, implementation and follow-up of the implementation of the Distribution Operating Model (standardization of processes, management model, organizational structure and technology supported by development programs and training of leaders) in 47 DCs
- Prepare the area's budget according to corporate guidelines and budget control throughout the year Activities:
- Conducting training on the management model for results for operational leaders in Brazil;
- Management of cost reduction projects
- Support in the redesign of the Institutional Integration and Functional Onboarding of new people hired in distribution, prioritizing the employee's experience; customer needs and continuous process improvement;
- Support in the construction of the Engagement plan for middle managers (Panel + Recognition)
- Support in the construction of the Variable Compensation Scheme for delivery teams Results:
- 70+ Leaders trained directly in management models for results
- Improvement in KPIs associated with efficiency and delivery effectiveness initiatives (about +297k effective deliveries vs YTD 2022)
- Increase in the level of customer service by 1.77% (about +5.7k satisfied customers with their deliveries)
- Increase in the use and engagement of digital tools (+127k deliveries carried out correctly in the app);
