The focus of this position is to provide clients with accurate and documented reports regarding the maintenance and financial implication of their fleet. Clients that form part of my portfolio include Fraser Alexander, Murray and Roberts, Samancor and Richards Bay Minerals. Key Responsibilities:
•Handling correspondence from clients, such as Survey reports and Invoices;
•Audit invoices and Survey Reports received to ensure that the information is correct according to client correspondence received;
•Capturing of invoices and report data and any alterations received from clients to the Database, using the in-house system;
•Do monthly reporting, detailing the findings form Survey reports and highlighting improvements, as well as areas that require more attention;
•Submit costing summaries to clients and determine possible damage to product and money loss;
•Compile site reports for management to highlight possible improvements to processes;
•Submit audited reports to the Technical Manager and Department Manager for approval;
•Send approved, signed off reports and other correspondence to the client;
•Arrange courier services and all necessary logistics for transport of confidential documentation to clients;
•Attend client meetings and take minutes; •Daily filing of hard copies for record keeping
