Supervise 2 staff members, 30 content partners, and multiple freelancers Prepare and oversee a wide variety of communications content including public announcements, reports, infographics, videos, and social media. Lead time-crucial digital crisis communications strategies for Historic Fort Snelling, Capital Campaign, and other reputation management challenges. Increased following on social channels by 154% with over 9.6m engagements by strategically using live and produced video, quality photos, and timely thought provoking historical content. Created, direct, co-write/produce Storied episodic web series that highlights personal connections to history- 100+ videos, viewed over 1m times. Created and implement #MyHistoryMatters photo initiative that gives all Minnesotans of voice in history. Implemented a new approach to working with content partners across MNHS that resulted in the training of 30 staff, cohesive content across sub-brands, a stronger team dynamic, and an increase in followers and engagement.
