•Support media teams on all facets of day to day campaign planning and management (forecasting, availability requests, competitive intelligence, campaign launch verification, reporting, etc.)
•Work with the tech support to assist pubs troubleshoot issues
•Coordinate the launch of all campaigns across display, mobile and data platforms (flow of insertion orders, creative assets, pixel requests, reporting)
•Work with media planning to ensure proper launch of the campaign
•Analyze the media test results to assist with partner renewals
•Assist Sales with inventory and pricing requests
•Support media planning team in all facets the campaign cycle including updating and maintaining CRM system, revising proposals as needed, assisting with partner inquiries and triaging final insertion orders to internal and external parties
•Participate in industry events and conferences
•Work on special projects of strategic importance at the direction of management
•Responsible for setting up tracking technology on behalf of display clients, advising where necessary
•Briefing clients on tracking implementation steps and providing email, phone or occasional face-to-face support
•Carrying out quality assurance checks to ensure tags are correctly implemented and fully functional
•Creating and setting up campaigns within the adserving solutions used by clients, ensuring all relevant tracking variables are in place
• Carrying out quality assurance checks on creative, checking adserver and media owner compliance covering creative weight, size, duration and technical aspects (e.g. action script version, clicktag etc)
•Uploading creative, matching to placements and trafficking to media owners
•Maintaining a logical level of standardisation for trafficking setup within individual clients and across the agency
•Delivery of the campaign monitoring and go-live support for all campaign
