Jul. 2012 - Aug. 2012Hattingen, GermanyTätigkeiten im technischen Bereich: Nach einer Einleitung in wesentliche Aufgaben des Unternehmensbereichs Service und Support folgende Aufgaben: -Um- und Aufbau der T&A Systeme Testumgebung: In den Serverräumen von T&A SYSTEME werden Testumgebunden für die technischen Mitarbeiter betrieben. Diese wurden mit neuer Hard- und Software ausgestattet. Dabei wurde die Konfiguration der Hardware und die Installation von Software übernommen. Eingesetze Software: Hyper-V, VMWare vSphere, Windows 2008R2 mit Datacore, Falconstore Appliance -Serverhardware: Bevor Serversysteme zum Kunden ausgeliefert werden können, müssen diese zunächst assembliert und strengen Test unterzogen werden. Hierbei wurde unter Anleitung unterstützt. Konfiguration von RAID-Verbunden (RAID5 und 6 inkl. Hotspare) Erweiterung von Arbeitsspeicher, Stresstest von Hardware. Primär eingesetzte Hardware: HP Server DL Series -Entsorgung von Verpackungsmaterialien: In unserem Lagerbereich werden Verpackungsabfälle wie Umkartons, Altpapier und Folien etc. gesammelt und müssen getrennt entsorgt werden. Unter Anleitung eines Auszubildenen wurden die Materialien sortiert und an der lokalen Entsorgestelle entsorgt. -Unterstützung bei Supportfällen unserer Kunden: Mehrere Außeneinsätze bei unseren Kunden. Es war auch ein Einsatz bei einem Kunden in den Niederlangen nötig. Hier wurde eine LTO-2 Tape Library getauscht. -Installation von Windows Servern: Bei mehreren Kundenservern war es von Nöten, eine Grundinstallation von Microsoft Windows Serverbetriebssystemen durchzuführen. Nach Einweisung ist dies selbständig erledigt. Eingesetzte Betriebssysteme: Windows 2003 R2, Windows 2008 R2
