From supporting young adults going through cancer journey to assisting older adults and their family members with end-of-life grief and planning, I have worked with people facing chronic and severe mental and physical health challenges while navigating life, work, family, and relationship conflicts. My passion is meeting you where you are, understanding your unique perspective and values, and helping you identify small, sustainable changes within your control. Together, we’ll navigate your journey toward growth, resilience, and the life you envision. [NOTE] I will not be conducting therapy on this platform but can make referrals to appropriate providers as part of the coaching service.
