Responsible for full cycle recruiting for general administrative, facilities, accounting, executive-level, marketing and HR
Ensure proper build and maintenance of ATS database
Use viral recruiting practices via Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Github, sponsored posts, and community networks
Prescreen and qualify candidates
Test skills to provide compatible skills match
Schedule phone and in-person interviews
Provide a sense of urgency to present and onboard candidates
Ensure proper separation or end of assignments are completed
Execute exit interviews
Work with hiring managers to establish hiring plans, make hiring strategy suggestions based on staffing trends As an Innovation and Sales Advocate I can assist with the following:
