Utilize online recruitment databases such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBliss and Monster to research prospective candidates. Utilize social media to attract talent. Involved in confidential matters such as salary negotiations, non-compete agreements, and relocations. Ability to relay feedback, both positive and negative, to candidate in a professional and sensitive manner. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems - iCims, Taleo, etc.. Conduct reference checks. Cold calling. Daily use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, etcβ¦). Involved with expense and budget related accounting.
