Organized the monthly training seminars, sharing information to the department of 50+ support to executive level staff.
* Developed the department Playbook, outlining the tasks and timeline dependencies of 16 tracts involved with Source of Supply changes, including Item Setup, Procurement, Pricing, Promotions, Allowances, Ordering schedule, Space planning, Shelf Tags, Accounting, and Deployment.
