- Directing a portfolio of clients across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, and patient services sectors.
- Having an astute handling of various accounts, ensuring evident ROI and profitability.
- Management of project from inception to delivery, including management of customer approval systems (i.e. Veeva, Zinc).
- Media acquisition, negotiation, planning and reporting. - Management of strategic global media campaigns in EU5+ markets.
- Management of the full breadth of medical communications forms (i.e. emails, media, hosted HCP resource, training modules, sales collateral, events collateral).
- Delivery and management of exhibition stands for various pharmaceutical clients, including attendance and setup.
- Content planning and copywriting within the cardiology, rare diseases and and men's health space.
- Managing contacts with commissioning opinion leaders and developing/managing advocates for speaker meetings.
- Delivering presentations to the wider business around industry updates within women’s health, oncology and cardiology.
- Management of the ABPI Code of Practise’s standards within all pharmaceutical client communications.
- Attendance at industry summits on innovation within healthcare.
