Designed and deployed store support SharePoint site centered around Scheduling & Timekeeping SOP and resources, driving 25K site visits from retail store employees in a 90-day period. Sustained essential operations through COVID store closures, supporting ramp-down and ramp-up plans for staffing, operations, and safety across the retail channel.
