Apr. 2004 - Aug. 2008Creating and mailing correspondences, data entry, filing, and faxing, calculating purchasing of military time, maintained and assisted in mandamus calculations and organizing the area for better performance. While a support specialist I answered Help Desk phones for Tier I & Tier II computer support for all City of Philadelphia employees. Tier I & Tier II consisted of resetting system passwords, setting up and creating Lotus Notes new users, assisted in computer issues with software malfunctioning, end user errors and hardware issues.
