My duties include but are not limited to: • Screening CV’s • Conducting Telephone Screenings (Interviews via telephone) • Collecting all supporting documents and completed reference consent forms. • Conducting Reference Checks • Sending all completed screening packs to the respective Divisional HR Managers. • Weekly follow ups with Divisional General Managers (DGM) secretary, Divisional HR Managers (DHRM) with regards to current vacancies. • Updating and capturing details of strong candidates on Talent Banks. • Setting up online Psychometric tests (SHL Assessments) for potential candidates. • Downloading completed SHL reports from Talent Central system. • Getting approval for Internal Vacancies on our LCS system from the HR Director, then posting these vacancies. • Attending to all SHL Assessment queries and resolving these queries from the DHRM’s and L&D department. • Assisting my fellow colleagues with all general admin within the HR Department or additional screenings for vacancies when required.

My previous responsibilities within this position are as follows: • Reconciling 100+ accounts, it various in size and value monthly. • Filing & preparing payments for service providers on a weekly basis. • Data Capturing of Invoices provided by service providers for payment to be processed on a weekly basis. • Handling any queries relating to my accounts. • To do the above, we work closely with Microsoft Excel, Accounting Program (Smart Stream system), UCS system to check whether the branches have put through a GRV (Goods Received Voucher) for invoices if orders were put onto the system by the branches and whether RFC’s (Return for Credits) have been done and have been put through on our systems. • Liaising with the Branches (Branch Managers, Stock Clerks) and with service providers regarding any query that needs to be sorted. • We work closely with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft Word).
