This role involves strategic collaboration with community organizations, local leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure that our initiatives are well-integrated, culturally relevant, and impactful. Key Responsibilities: Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with organizations that align with EcoCommunity Partnerships' mission. Cultivate relationships with local leaders, community organizations, businesses, and government agencies to support program implementation. Program Implementation: Work closely with partners to design and execute clean energy programs that meet the specific needs of marginalized communities. Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure that programs are launched on time and within budget. Monitor program progress and provide support to partners to address challenges and ensure successful outcomes. Community Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact between EcoCommunity Partnerships and community organizations. Develop communication materials and campaigns to raise awareness of the benefits of clean and green energy within the community. Resource Coordination: Connect partners and communities with resources provided by the 100+ organizations within our network. Facilitate the sharing of best practices, tools, and knowledge among partners to strengthen program delivery. Reporting and Evaluation: Track and report on partnership outcomes and the impact of programs in the community. Provide regular updates to the Executive Director and other stakeholders on the progress of initiatives. Assist in the development of reports and presentations for funders, community partners, and other stakeholders.
