To increase brand recognition and increment sales, I give pre-sales consultancy to our end customers, prepare workshops, arrange product meetings and face-to-face / virtual training. I create objective and exceptional diagrams which facilitate the understanding of the systems provided by us, as well as benchmarking research. I have direct contact with the sales and engineering departments of the brands ATEN, WORKPRO and TOA, activity of high responsibility, assisting the directors of Grupo Discos to develop their market intelligence strategies. In 2018, just as an example, we increased by 3 times our ATEN sales result. In our show room, all audio and video equipment has been installed and configured by me and everything work along with A/V rack automation. In this showroom we make presentations to customers, allowing them to visualize, according to their needs, how our solutions can solve the requirements of their customers' projects.

Nov. 2013 - Apr. 2017Brazil Responsible for all TOA Corporation marketing and sales activities in my country, working close to and supporting distributors, project companies, system integrators, contractors, installers and end users. Also reporting to TOA Japan HQ about the current Brazilian market situation. Since the beginning of 2013 I helped TOA Corporation Japan to reach a new sales record in Brazil. Thanks to my personal efforts, TOA brand name and brand value quickly increased in my country. In the years between 2015 and 2016, besides the economic crisis, TOA sales continued growing in Brazil, thanks to the good support I was giving to our customers and partners, built on a strong business relationship with all the stakeholders in our market. Products that were never sold before in Brazil started to be known and installed. In order to accomplish this task, I kept visiting many customers one by one, sometimes arranging virtual meetings, giving workshops and training sessions, and also starting new marketing activities initiated by me, including local website, Facebook Page and an active Youtube Channel full of training videos. I established a new regional distributor and started new key contacts with partners and customers, increasing TOA brand awareness in my country. I also stablished the first Brazilian authorized maintenance shop. The most important Brazilian projects where TOA solutions were specified were and continue being monitored by me, as many of them still count with my help on the technical design and after sales services. I can list some important TOA installations in Brazil where I helped with the project design, working closely to the project designers or system integrators, as follows : - Atlantica Hotels-S. As the time passed, counting on the add of more people and with the great help of the team, I could improve some procedures and add new actions, taking the department to a new step and helping the company to increase sales, reducing operational expenses. I believe that using the project management practices suggested by PMI was also a reason to get better results. I had many chances to travel abroad, visiting other subsidiaries in different countries, not only to learn, but also to exchange experiences.
