Dec. 2013 - May. 2014Los Angeles California· Entrepreneurially manage the operations of the company’s e-commerce division while overseeing domestic and international key accounts and assisting owner with marketing and advertising
· Maintain a proven track record of increased sales in addition to working with key relationships with internationally renowned high-profile clients; tracking and closing sales leads along with ensuring exemplary client satisfaction
· Collaborate with owner to produce Plantation’s advertisements for Elle Décor magazine, The New York Times magazine, and other renowned magazines and publications
· Streamline operations: create email template folders to expedite email response time, synced computer backgrounds to reflect a database of priority contact names, addresses and phone numbers
· Often act as liaison between Plantation owner, partners, associates, vendors, and key client accounts
· Create, process, issue: quotations, proformas, invoices, balance invoices, commercial invoices and purchase orders
· Oversee the processing of domestic and international shipments via ground, air and sea freight
· Logistics: order and record the company’s warehouse inventory daily, receive incoming/prepare outgoing shipments
· Convene with all associates on a monthly basis to discuss sales, goals, and all contemporaneous communication
· Triage sizable priorities on a minute-to-minute basis while reinforcing effective principles towards the team’s agenda
