This includes strategy, planning, organizing, analysing, recruitment, and coordinating all front-line operations. The tasks include organizing programs and activities that follow the organisation's mission and goals, developing new programs to support its strategic direction, creating and managing long-term goals, and setting a budget and operating plan for the program. This entails developing and establishing new IT development programs in Braga, leading the projects within to measure project and program performance, and supporting the identified areas of improvement. It started by leading the implementation of a new software development team in Portugal for a critical product in the French market, the company's first development team. This required direct project management initiatives from conceptualisation through development, implementation, and management based on Agile methods. Established KPIs, measured the project's performance, and identified areas for improvement. In 2022, we expanded our portfolio by adding three other portfolios of development teams in Portugal. Finally, leading risk and resource management initiatives and regularly report to France's headquarters. Here is a summary of a couple of projects. - Led the deployment of new payment solutions, including software and hardware, for Total across France. - Managed the digital migration of a Spanish multinational company towards Fujitsu. For this, I was responsible for the migration of the Global Service Desk. Also, I supported the design and implementation of Service Management and coordination of field support in Europe, North America and Asia. - Led data centre migration from the UK to Germany for a Swedish multinational. Given the COVID situation, the data transfer was done remotely. The project required the coordination and supervision of several teams across five countries to implement the solution, including a Citrix environment to use applications from the new data centre. Internally, I led the redefinition of processes and RACIs with large clients to strengthen teams' performance and accountability for all those involved in the transition for the EMEA region.
