Main activities: Management of corporate travel programs in different aspects such as: service level agreements, cost optimization, implementation of new clients, online booking tools adoption, traveller security, actions towards best service to final users and internal reporting (profitability, operations, technology). Position: Full Administrative Assistant Main activities: creation of the Quality Dashboard, that used to merge all CWT's quality management reports and provided an overview of the situation per business units, local customer satisfaction surveys administrator, market intelligence and support to some members of the Board with presentations, analysis, researchs, etc. Furthermore, I assisted the implementation of the customer service tool in Brazil, named CWT Resolve. Main activities: in the Customer Service Center I acted in the administration of services issues, since getting feedbacks from our users until giving them an appropriate response, while driving CWT to internal improvements to avoid new errors.
