• Management of social media accounts including Facebook (including Facebook Business Manager), Twitter, Instagram
• Prepare digital and traditional marketing collateral and event advertisements
• Manage Newcastle Racecourse website and ensure content is current and up to date, including event ticketing and news & media articles
• Create and send e-communications via MyGuestList to a database of over 5,000
• Liaise with Creative Designers to create a suite of visually appealing and relevant marketing collateral for a variety of different marketing platforms
• Event Co-ordination for Spring Racing Carnival Ladies Day and Fashions on the Field competition, NJC Charity Golf Day, Melbourne Cup, Boxing Day and ANZAC Day Races
• Create and edit quarterly NJC Membership magazine, Inside Running
