- Being the face to customer, ensuring different touch points in customer on-boarding journey
- Working closely with sales teams to create commercial offers and quotations (stand-alone, integrated)

- Continuously improving the on-boarding process (introduce KPIs, reduce lead times and ensure higher customer satisfaction). Project clients between 2019-25 include Rio Tinto, Karadeniz, Aggreko, Hindustan Zinc, Schlumberger and Glencore.
