Our teams' work in People Experience aims to ensure that the day-to-day transactions and big moments of our employees' journeys are impactful, equitable, and inclusive and that we incorporate social good into the core of the employee journey. Our work ensures that Culture Amp is able to achieve its mission to build a better world of work, starting with the way that we support and engage our own employees. In advising the commercial business focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, I work with our Product leadership to develop the future of our roadmap to enable our customers to make progress on their DEI journeys. I also support our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to build a strategic plan to bolster Culture Amp's reputation as a leader in supporting equitable organizational evolution and transformation.
