I completed many modules including drilling, bolting, blasting, scoops, trucks, lifting mechanisms, extending services, utility vehicles, rockbreaker. As part of the training program I drilled off and blasted a couple breasts using a longtom and completed the mucking and ground support for the breasts using the stoper and jackleg. We had to extend our air, water and vent tubing to the face to stay within regulations. I gained experience driving the 416 and 417 trucks as well as the 921 and 151 Diesel scoops.
