Jan. 2011 - May. 2014Westwood, MASupervisor- Ordering/ePrescribing -Supervise four Application Specialists from the former Emergency Department Management, Order Management, and Physician Care Manager Groups to ensure their Implementations meet deadlines and the expectations of their customers. Also ensure their training is complete and certify them to begin training customers. Write quarterly and annual reviews, and maintain constant communication with my staff
-Plan and participate in integrated cross training to ensure all members of the group are knowledgeable in all aspects of Ordering, including non-medication ordering, medication ordering, CPOE, and ePrescribing.
-Develop a new Ordering/ePrescribing Implementation plan and training manuals to accommodate the new organization of the Clinical applications. Assist in coordinating new installs under the new plan.
-Maintain an expert knowledge of the 6.1 release, and support two of the current 6.1 customers. Serve as a mentor to the Application Specialists supporting other 6.1 customers.
-Work closely with Development and Executive Level staff to address the concerns of my customers and my staff’s customers. Supervisor- Emergency Department Management -Maintain an integrated knowledge of all 6.X Clinical Applications, including EDM, PCM, EMR, PCS, OM, and PHA, and all changes introduced with new software releases.
-Supervise four Application Specialists to ensure that their implementations meet deadlines and the expectations of their customers. Write quarterly and annual reviews, and maintain constant communication with my staff.
-Maintain an expert knowledge of the 6.1 release, and support two of the current 6.1 customers. -Work closely with Development and Executive Level staff to address the concerns of my customers. -Experience in writing and testing DTS’s, Proposals, and Projects regarding functionality in various applications. Participation in Integrated Testing for Priority Pack updates.
