►Led a team of engineers to completely overhaul the existing lidar pipeline by applying software development practices to improve modularity, readability and testability of the code. Achieved 80% code coverage, improved overall performance by 1.5x
►Led the integration of 2 perception teams (Nutonomy, Ottomatika) into a cohesive Aptiv team by implementing a task team structure. ★Execution ►Managing the development of a 25 person team across multiple sites to deliver state of the art perception stack for an Urban autonomous vehicle, incharge of overall roadmap and delivery of final product across 2 major programs
►Managed the transition and bringup of the entire perception stack from scratch for a new platform in a record 6 months.
