• Oversee the invoicing and accounts receivable department, ensuring the correct issuance of tax documents and timely follow-up on payments, with a focus on regulatory compliance and personalised customer service.
• Learn and apply updated guidelines to generate the Transport Document (Carta Porte), ensuring that each document accurately reflects the transported goods and service details, in accordance with SAT requirements.
• Create an Excel tool for quickly generating quotes for new routes, reducing response times to customers and improving cost calculation accuracy.
• Explore and understand the internal operations of a transport company, acquiring key skills in logistics, customer service, administration, and route analysis. This experience has allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business, develop skills in self-management, proactivity, and attention to detail, as well as strengthen my ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic and demanding environment.
