• Setup Netcool Alerting for OCP/Kubernetes Clusters which pulls all the alerts from Grafana, AlertManager and Prometheus monitoring tools.
• Created End to End automation to onboard Applications teams to OCP/Kubernetes Cluster by creating new Namespace/project for each App team, creating a LDAP Group and provide admin/edit/view access to sandbox, dev and Prod environment respectively, Save the deployer service account to Vault, Take a backup of Namespaces created and save it in Github so that we can restore it when needed. • Troubleshoot all issues with OCP/Kubernetes/PCF Cluster and resolve it before any customer impact like nodes going into Not ready state, new nodes are getting added to cluster using autoscaling, Applications are not scheduling on nodes as they are using a particular node selectors, app deployment issues, etc
• Expert in creating a bash shell scripts to automate all day to day tasks performed by SRE team.
• Lead Onsite and Offshore OCP/Kubernetes/PCF SRE team and be part of Oncall rotation to provide 24 x 7 Production support.
