Mar. 2016 - Mar. 2019San Francisco Bay Area• Drive the strategy and long-term success of campaigns through renewal by maintaining consistent communication with internal and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivering to the client’s expectation. • Generate post-campaign wrap-up reports highlighting KPI delivery and performance vs. benchmarks such as CTR, VCR, View Through Conversions, etc.
• Maintain regular communication and relationships with clients at a senior level.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve processes and client issues by providing strategic and creative solutions to provide a satisfactory resolution of all support requests.
• Relay client feedback to appropriate cross functional teams, as needed (Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, etc).
• Continuously curate workflows and define processes that improve efficiency and client experience (i.e. Report FAQs, operations training material, weekly office hours, & weekly key stakeholder calls).
