-Create and implement training standards and materials for service teams
-Teach product knowledge and service techniques on the floor and in classroom settings
-Teach alcohol certification class (TIPS) to service team During my time as the Regional Hospitality Leader I was expected to lead by example and be a coach on the floor. I taught team members how to be brand ambassadors, increase their sales (and tips), and ensure that all service standards were met. I assisted in creating and implementing a company-wide training programs for 27 RAM/Potts locations, assisted in creating and implementing a new POS system and teaching teams how to use it, and also assisted in creating, proofing, and editing menus. As CB & Potts served as a brand that was a part of RAM International, I was also brought out to the Seattle area to open a new RAM location. As was part of my normal duties, I helped create, design, and teach menu, beverage, and service classrooms to new team members.
