- Negociation of new products' listing
- Reporting on sales and promotion
- Product and packaging inventory with the interaction with production planning and purchasing departments
- Edition of monthly reports
- Liaising in response to clients' demands CROSS-SELLING:
- In 2024, implemented import customs processes within Supply Chain for cross-selling development after aquisition of two new compagnies in the group based in the UK (Proper Cornish, Cakesmith). This developed the sales for 10% of the export turn-over. PRODUCT:
- Co-ordination with Private Labels' project managers for new products from conception to place on market (recipe, packaging development, proof reading technical sheets, liaising with printers...) within agreed deadlines, worldwide (LIDL 18 European countries, Waitrose, Sainsbury (UK), Scandinavia, Japan, Korea...
- Liaising with internal departments (NPD, Production, Supply Chain) MARKETING:
- Development of content of marketing tools ie brochures and product information in foreign languages mainly English, German and Spanish.
- Organisation of various Food exhibitions such as PLMA (Private Label Manufacturers Association), ANUGA (German Food fair) .... LOGISTICS:
- Initiation of all Air freight shipments of frozen goods samples, via express services such as DHL, FEDEX. - Key contact for Foreign Customs clearance authorities: USA, Canada, Japan, China, Australia - Interaction with the Supply Chain and establishment of necessary extra export documentation. QUALITY:
- Coordination of the clients' quality sheet documents in English, German or Spanish . SKILLS:
- Fluent in English and French. Good knowledge of German, plus a working knowledge of Spanish.
- Excellent writing skills and verbal communication abilities.
- Cross functional team leadership.
- Computer competences: OFFICE/PHOTOSHOP/SAP.
- Capable of multi-skilling and completing tasks within agreed deadlines and quality standards. - Good team member.
