LOGISTICS: - Initiation of all Air freight shipments of frozen goods samples, via express services such as DHL, FEDEX. - Key contact for Foreign Customs clearance authorities: USA, Canada, Japan, China, Australia - Interaction with the Supply Chain and establishment of necessary extra export documentation. QUALITY: - Coordination of the clients' quality sheet documents in English, German or Spanish . SKILLS: - Fluent in English and French. Good knowledge of German, plus a working knowledge of Spanish. - Excellent writing skills and verbal communication abilities. - Cross functional team leadership. - Computer competences: OFFICE/PHOTOSHOP/SAP. - Capable of multi-skilling and completing tasks within agreed deadlines and quality standards. - Good team member.
