• Organization of unit for current maintenance around 35.000m2 service area at 10 locations in Serbia and around 18,000m2 of office space at more than 20 locations in Serbia
• Creation of plans for insurance facilities, equipment, vehicles and employees in an annual amount of approx. € 600,000 and of choice of insurance companies
• Organization of procurement of buses, commercial and passenger vehicles with finding favorable sources of financing in amount of €10,000,000 per year
• Development of annual plans for investment maintenance of facilities, equipment and vehicles as well as the purchase of new vehicles, equipment and diagnostic devices and control of their implementation
• Organization of work of 5 service stations for technical inspection of vehicles and 1 workshop for calibrating tachographs
• Logistics in the establishment of new business entities in the field of organization of vehicle maintenance, procurement, storage and delivery of spare parts (business units in Kragujevac, Loznica, Titel, Arandjelovac)
• Analysis of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual operating parameters with the proposed measures to optimize maintenance processes has led to a reduction of 100 employees in the maintenance of vehicles for a period of 5 years and reducing the total cost of fleet maintenance from 9% to 5% of total operating costs.
