Additionally, I, * developed processes and protocols to manage all stages of digital content production for website, social media, newsletters, outreach campaigns, and events.
* created interactive data visualizations using Tableau for embedding on website to present information in a meaningful and relatable format.
* conducted usability tests, optimized effectiveness of new and existing content, and provided design input when needed. Monitor effectiveness of existing content, evaluate opportunities to fresh/edit/recreate, as well as ensure homepage was current with new engaging bite-sized content. * designed visual assets such as infographics, interactive graphs and maps, imagery, and other graphics.
* introduced live video-streaming of congressional briefings, panel discussions, events as part of overall digital content strategy.
* analyzed web and social media traffic metrics to optimize reach on all platforms, identify what was not working, and devise plans to improve where engagement could be increased.
* managed Google AdWords campaigns and implemented search engine optimization strategies.
* created responsive HTML-versions of annual publications such as annual report, fact book and budget book which exponentially increased website traffic and views. * created an interactive map linking to bank of client stories from all 50 states and territories.
