•Oversee and manage social media accounts, creating engaging content, interacting with followers, and executing campaigns.
•Write, edit, and proofread promotional materials such as website content, blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates including website content using WordPress.
•Manage email list health, campaign scheduling, and email flows.
•Design, build, and test email campaign deliverables like web pages, landing pages, CTAs, and email layouts. Product Launches and Cross-Functional Collaboration: •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and promote product launches, including timelines, collaterals, and key announcements.
•Organize, maintain, and communicate a comprehensive campaign calendar, outlining tactics and anticipated results.
•Work closely with marketing team members to develop digital campaigns, refine product positioning and messaging, and advise on content strategy.
•Drive customer retention and growth throughout the customer journey through relevant channels.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve campaign performance, velocity, and overall effectiveness. Analytics and Reporting: •Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics from email campaigns, Salesforce Engagement Studio, and social media ads to identify best practices and to track ROI and apply refinements.
•Prepare or oversee the preparation of marketing/advertising reports. Creative and Technical Skills: •Produce graphics for internal and external, traditional and digital advertising.
•Create SEO-optimized content to enhance search engine visibility and improve rankings.
•Design ad graphics for subscription clients to be used on Loadlink's platform and Google Ads Manager. Event Planning and Execution: •Plan and execute both digital and in-person trade shows and events.
