I have almost 5 years of experience as an IT Recruitment Specialist. I'm responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the field of information technology. I have experience in the end to end process of Recruitment. I have a deep knowledge about the latest trends in technology. I work closely with hiring managers and client's to understand the specific needs of their projects and match them with the perfect candidate. Although my expertise focus mainly in IT profiles (from entre to executive levels), I have experience also searching for administrative, management, customer support, legal and finance profiles. I have former experience in administrative roles. I'm fluent in Spanish, English and also know italian (A2/B1).
