• Interviewing SMEs in requirements analysis, software development, quality assurance and customer support to fill in gaps in understanding of product functioning and background
• Writing help topics explaining software functions, subject matter concepts, and related user tasks • Coordinating with Marketing department on stylistic standards for product description and end-user writing
• Troubleshooting issues with Help output, including delivery through various browsers
