• Successfully lead the conversion and converting of the Alstate block of business administration system from three mainframe sub systems into one distributed system hosted at DXC for Wilton Re. • Managed ten workstreams which were comprised of a PM, BAs, SQA, and Developers. There was a 70 – 30 offshore vs onshore split.
• Created a single program schedule in MS project that all ten workstream fed into to give a holistic view of the overall program.
• Held morning meetings twice a week with the PMs to go over to discuss risks, issues, roadblocks, and ensure that they were on track to meet their milestones. That all risks, issues, and decisions were captured in the logs in SharePoint.
• Maintained resourcing tracking via a spread sheet workbook that was utilized by DXC at the time.
• Created a weekly PI status for DXC management to give them a clear view of where the program was and to point out any issues, risks, and resource constraints.
