In an expansion of my role and elevation to Market Leader in Edwardsville, I will be responsible for growing the office through financial advisor growth and development. I am tasked with building and investing in the growth of the Edwardsville office and community creating an inclusive culture that engages employees, builds leaders, and attracts a diverse group of talent.
