Assisted the Launch Manager with the planning, staging and execution of launching a new client site(s). Partnered with outside vendors to source smallwares, decor and large equipment for multiple clients Organized and established a tracking system (AssetPanda) for smallwares, parts & hardware, and large equipment so as to manage inventory Responsible for keeping track of all OMG’s inventory of smallwares at all their client sites “Teching” out commercial coffee machines, kegerators, various water machines for new and current clients Stock, clean, repair and maintain equipment (commercial refrigerators, coffee machines, kegerators, various water machines) Responsible for ordering supplies and parts for Equipment repair team Worked with vendors to assure prompt delivery of equipment Organize items for loading on to delivery trucks and transport to client site “Tag” items with QR codes for tracking Checked each piece of equipment in and out to mitigate loss and ensure proper tracking Assisted with loading, unloading and installation of equipment Responsible for building and installing of shelving Organized items for delivery and transport to client sites nationally Printed labels, label bins, trays,and containers, according to client site’s kitchen design Assisted with kitchen staging (for onsite launches) Spot checked client sites one month after launch -adjusted on site equipment (add, remove, repair items) to ensure a better flow in staged spaces and verify all QR codes to ensure proper tracking of equipment Order and maintain office supplies for the launch team Order, receive and manage deliveries (LDL, FedEx, UPS, etc)
