Mothership currently has 4 sites (The Book Club, Queen of Hoxton, Colours (former Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen) and Patterns). I led the digital marketing strategy and execution for all Mothership venues and events and coordinated the overall execution of all digital campaigns. My goal focused on project managing all digital campaigns, ensuring efficient delivery revenue KPIs, budgeting, paid social, SEO, PPC and partnerships. ✓ Achievements: - Increased social media reach by 200% and increased the overall social media audience by 40%;
- Implemented a successful digital marketing strategy for the group and each venue that led to consecutive sold-out shows;
- Influencer Marketing: established partnerships with 100+ influencers, content creators and digital platforms;
- Introduced new marketing tools to track all public activity on social media
- Reviewed and implemented new marketing budgets to maximise exposure Responsibilities:
- Management of all digital platforms and channels to drive traffic and increase revenue
- Manage social media channels across the group (Twitter, Facebook and Instagram).
- Production of weekly and monthly digital reports for the Executive Board
- Design and implement new Email Marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the PR team for partnerships, digital content, reviews and coverage, and influencer campaigns.
- Coordinate with external service providers (website improvements, social media freelancers, IT companies, photographers, and graphic designers).
- Connect with social media influencers for content creation and partnerships.
- Content production for websites, blogs, email marketing & social media platforms.
