Used ISO 9001 to map all HR processes (using Visio and publishing to the Intranet) I designed the recruiting process and assessments and ran the full function, from screening to placement
Responsible for on and off boarding of staff
Responsible for the training programme
Writing and publishing company policies
All office labour relations and employee relations (internationally) As the company grew to include London, Manchester, Dubai, Aberdeen and Houston offices, I was responsible for these payrolls, their IR and staffing. I visited most of these offices at some point. Responsible for the performance review process
