Jan. 2014 - Feb. 2015Huntington Beach, CA• Oversee the entire sales operations process from order entry & allocations to shipping & invoicing for wholesale accounts for US and 7 other countries while managering 20 sales assicoates and 5 sales mangers • Responsible for managing multiple mediums, communication platforms and both offline and & online Wholesale Accounts including marketing but not limited to, events, retail promotions, social media, sales support and marketing support, media relations and brand/vendor relations, and provide local shop marketing leadership and support to our shop owners. • Day to day lead for the Sales/Marketing Team and interface and help manage relationships with key brand partners. Lead meetings brainstorming to organize strategies to how to increase sales and exposure. Develop and execute compelling and competitive messaging strategies in order to drive traffic, conversion and sales. Develop and execute unique sales, marketing and PR programs that fit. Create strategic partnerships with likeminded brands, organizations and individuals to further the reach of the brand.
• Manage all planning and pre-planning related to brand marketing including: POP, advertising, digital, events, etc. Manage the overall marketing calendar and timeline. Develop, write and communicate strategic briefs and ideas, seasonal kick-offs/messaging briefs
• Channel and distribution sales in a fast pace environment. Manage all orders, inventory, flow of warehouse, business development and sales support. Coordinate tradeshows, help with business-to-business sales, helped with internet sales, charge backs, and manage key accounts.
• Plan and carry out direct marketing and sales support activities to develop and increase revenue in accordance with strategic business goals. • Manage budget, media relations, and PR & communications compliance. Company has expended to restaurants, web development, web management, and PR.
