- Business model planning, selection and coordination of designers involved in the industrial development of product lines (e.g. Stefano Giovannoni, Marcel Wanders, Nendo, Marc Sadler, and Jean-Marie Massaud)
- Management of a team of 15 people and cross-functional team leadership(Marketing & Sales, Communication, Prototyping, Styling, HR)
- Product Marketing, Merchandising of collections in terms of depth, breadth, pricing strategy, and assortment.
- Management of collection development at every stage up to commercialization, inventory management, forecasting.
- Selection and coordination of internal and external consulting agencies for the implementation of the Online Marketing activities and the above and below-the-line activities: Press & PR, Communication, Production Houses, Digital & Social.
- Identification of potential distributors, supervision of contractual agreements and sales management.
- Management of Licensing and Product Development: Gucci, Chanel, YSL, Fendi, Off-White, Palm Angels, Moncler, Aston Martin.
