• Providing advice, method, and mechanisms to leaders across the broader organisation on how to resource, identify and develop diverse internal and external talent pools required to achieve business objectives.
• Partnering with Group Communications and Head of Talent Acquisition to create a compelling (graduate) Employee Value Proposition and all
supporting collateral to attract the best talent in the respective markets and support exceptional candidate experience.
• Partnering with Business Units to align on a consistent and bias-free assessment principles and approach for early talent sourcing and recruitment.
• Building and managing strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the attraction, sourcing and recruitment elements of our early
talent programme is delivered.
• Acting as the key point of contact for all aspects of sourcing and recruitment of early talent for both external and internal stakeholders. Being the conduit for all interactions between external support and the business and becoming the go to person for the business.
• Guiding and unifying the Early Talent communities throughout the Group by supporting and driving collaboration through the Talent and Learning Community of Practice forum.
• Overseeing the assessment of graduates across Australia, South Africa, Chile, Brazil, China, Singapore, Uk and Peru, including planning, organizing and running virtual assessment centres globally.
