As a Business Analyst, I led two teams of Subject Matter Experts to define the high-level requirements of Standards for Internet Access and Data Categories. As the SAFe Product Owner, I defined the requirements of and new functionality for the migration of the Standards’ Catalogue to a new platform. ● Obtained “Approval to Proceed” with the detailed development of two Standards through extensive remote facilitation of Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders using LucidChart; ● Achieved the migration of the Standards’ Catalogue through the transfer of requirements to and documentation of User Stories in Jira and supporting the offshore development team in daily standups; ● Enabled Product Management to monitor progress though my consistent documentation of User Stories and Story Points in Azure Key achievement: Migration of the Standards’ Catalogue was completed two months ahead of schedule. Tools and methodologies used: Business Process Analysis, Requirements’ Management, Stakeholder Management, Workshop Facilitation, Jira, Azure, LucidChart, Google Suite.

As a Business Analyst, I specified new requirements for both Products, wrote UAT Scripts and provided Tier 2 Product Support as well as optimising processes for Device Shipping & Returns, Study Site Decommissioning and Complaints Handling. ● Supported offshore team’s development effort through regular standups; ● Ensured consistent handling of Complaints through the documentation of the required processes; ● Enabled the secure disposal of returned SaMDs through consultation with 3rd Party Recycling Contractors and Biogen Logistics SMEs; Key achievement: By following the optimised Business Process which I had defined, all returned devices were sent to a contractor for secure recycling instead of their being stored indefinitely in an insecure location. Key achievement: The combination of 3 discrete Helpdesks (Malaga, Taipei and Auckland) into 1 logical Helpdesk.
