• Manage all program elements of contracts, including all client communication, creating schedules, ordering course materials, registering and enrolling students online, demonstrating online resources for students and clients, billing, and tracking contract fulfillment.
• Designed organizational system using Microsoft Teams and Excel for managing teams and various programs.
• Salesforce use to organize all client accounts and services.
• Consistent territory growth to include Houston, El Paso, Austin and San Antonio as well as national programs.
