• Organize client meetings by scheduling dates and times, securing venues, and arranging logistics.
• Support five partners with various administrative tasks including calendar management, information collection, and material preparation. • Certify a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy throughout correspondence within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of partner preferences and priorities to best guide operations.
• Implement custom email management strategies to handle and address partner communications.
• Draft and utilize templates to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Establish and continually update all project documents, including charters, schedules, budgets, reports, change requests, decision records, risk and issue logs, and closure reports.
• Schedule and facilitate Lunch and Learn meetings for the SAP team to provide education and awareness about Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for partners by booking flights, securing hotel accommodations, and ensuring compliance with travel regulations. • Update and maintain information in Salesforce, including contacts, events, and meetings.
• Onboard, train, and support new partners to ensure a seamless transition into the company.
• Serve as a primary resource for partners to support the development of business opportunities and proposals.
